At 15md Wellness we stand behind our product 100%. If your meals are damaged please take a photo of the meals in question and email them to:

We will gladly replace those meals on your next order free of charge or we can issue you a coupon for the monetary value of the meals to be used towards a future order. Please specify which meals they are in the special comments section on the order notes section the next time you place an order if you want them replaced or please contact us at or to have a coupon issued. If a meal arrives with a small incision on the plastic lid this is not considered damage. Damaged meals are specifically meals that are entirely open with the contents of them outside of the original meal tray.
